Office Renovation
The metallic grey metal cladding and its modern texture made this small office a unique character and eye-catching. The previous fiber-cement board installed started to decay and peel off, so the owner decided to renovate the facade. This cost-effective project brought smiles to the owner and visitors every time they see the new facade.

Facade Renovation @ ECB Church
ECB Church Sukhumvit10 The new facade renovation of the ECB Church in Bangkok had been accomplished by a careful study of new materials available to cope with the extreme sunlight all day long and long-lasting with low maintenance. Finally, we came up with the Luxsteel Metal Cladding with high color coating and beautiful cedar pine texture. The result is an elegant modern look to delight all visitors at the church service and keeps the building cooler at day time. Noise reduction was also considered and reached the satisfaction of users.

Preliminary Design for a new complex of Rich Gems Yangon where the family of the owner will live together on the penthouse of this new building while the commercial part is located from the ground lobby to the 4th floor. The concept is to make the Rich Gems brand to be elegant and precious where the classic elements from Bond Street in the UK were adapted.
